Adriana Kertzer Complicating The Cannabis Conversation

Adriana Kertzer is one of the founders of Plant Medicine Law Group, a boutique firm serving psychedelic and cannabis clients. Along with her partners, Serena Wu  and Hadas Alterman, she founded this groundbreaking firm in 2020 with the mission to expand equitable access to plant medicine, and to help companies in the psychedelic and cannabis industries succeed in the extraordinarily complex emerging market. Adriana is a Brazilian-American, born and raised in Sao Paulo, who began her legal career as a corporate associate but her entrepreneurial spirit flourished in contemporary culture, real estate and cannabis. During the Obama administration she worked at the National Endowment for the Arts, a move not many corporate attorneys could pivot into. Adriana is also passionate about Jewish psychedelic culture and created the Instagram account, Jew Who Tokes,  to explore the relationship between cannabis, psychedelics and the Jewish community.
